Hello, my name is Stella.

I am a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I am 12 weeks old. 

I joined the Kings Meadow school community as our new wellbeing dog in June 2026.

My role is to support pupils' emotional wellbeing and help create a calm and positive environment throughout the school. 

Research shows that spending time with dogs can help children feel more relaxed, build confidence and support positive social interactions. 

I'll be getting to know everyone and taking part in sessions, wellbeing activities and spending time across different areas of the school. 

I may also take a sneaky nap in the Headteacher's office when I feel tired as I'm still little.
